Leadership Can Be Learned

It is easier than you think.  You just need a little practice.

Imagine a happy, productive team.  One which is accomplishing its goals.  One which is not only getting along well with other teams, but is setting the example for other teams.  I call this a ‘well-oiled machine.’  Now, imagine you are leading this team.

Is this a fantasy or a dream; bizarro world?  Is this reality; “I got this”; are you sure?  How long can this last?  (I get it.  I did just ask you to imagine it, so yeah, it is a dream.)  Let’s turn that dream into a reality.

Leadership can be learned.  I know I tracked it.  (I will share my tracking technique in a future post.)  I was able to increase my affectedness by upwards of 200%.  What I noticed, through that increase, was how impactful even a small incremental uptick was to the overall effectiveness of the team.  Ultimately, the effectiveness of the team is the evidence of your leadership.

Stay tuned, sign up, and follow along.  We are going to use this site to help everyone learn how to lead.  We want the best leaders so that everyone can lead their best lives.
